Billing, Payments and Delivery of services
Haveli Braj Bhushanjee, Bundi require full payment in advance at the time of reservation of room. For this purpose, after receipt of your reservation request, Haveli Braj Bhushanjee will send you a online payment invoice in Indian Rupees only.
Guest are required to make payment of invoice with in 2 days of receipt of invoice through Visa / Master card.
Haveli Braj Bhushanjee, only require guests name, address , phone no and email address. We do not store or require credit card information from guest. Haveli Braj Bhushanjee has highly secure system to protect above information and will not share the information to any other person, expect Govt. Authorities.
Guest are required to arrive on or after check in time in hotel and furnish valid passport and visa. After establishing the identity of the guest, Haveli Braj Bhushajee, will provide room and services, as agreed in invoice of payment, for such duration as mentioned in invoice.
No meals and breakfast is included in room price, if otherwise clearly agreed.
Haveli Braj Bhushanjee's liability for delivery of services , room and food is restricted to the terms mentioned in payment invoice. Beyond the invoice terms no further services, room or food can be claimed by the guest.
All services, room and food will be provided to the guest as mentioned in payment invoice only after receipt of payment in our bank account. If in any case payment failed, guest will not ask us to provide above series with full payment. Haveli Braj Bhushanjee is not liable for any failed transaction or non receipt of payment.
Haveli Braj Bhushanjee has right to restrict any guest to enter or cancel their reservation and refund their amount paid against their reservation subject to cancellation and refund policy as set out in our web site.
Any dispute is subject to jurisdiction of Bundi (Rajasthan) only.
